Service was so bad all codes for door had to wait an hour to receive the codes. Hotel is advertised for carrick on shannon bit is 15 outside no toilet paper in the bathrooms beds were so hard over all bad experience

The hotel is amazing, the location is wonderful, situated in a place with a beautiful view. It's very quiet and peaceful, creating a very tranquil atmosphere. The only thing I found is that there could be more food stores in the city; there's only one.

Good location, nice and quiet
Sold and advertised as a hotel and when I got there it was a run down damp, mouldy foul smelling air b & b , horrible experience, completely false advertising, this is not a hotel
